We strongly believe in keeping all transactions and customer information private and confidential. Under no circumstances will any of your information be released, given away or sold to any person, party or company. We have not done it in the past, and will not in the future. This includes email addresses, credit card information, purchases and all other information submitted to us. This policy does not include consumable products such as rosin or strings, except in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. Shipping, brokerage, duty and foreign taxes are non-refundable.
